Vanessa Gebbie's post just reminded me that I've been meaning to post a link here to info about the One World anthology. I think this is a really cool and important project.
I'm not sure what the preferable mechanism is for purchasing the anthology -- I think I tried to find a way to purchase directly (I usually try to do this if possible) and couldn't find one, so ended up ordering my copy from Powell's.
